How it works

QWELL and our Developer partners help LGBTQIA+ nonprofits plan and build new mixed-use developments: Shops and homes, clinics and community space, stacked under one roof to build local community power that lasts generations.

LGBTQIA+ community spaces, clinics, and offices are located on the top floor for structural security, accessible to members through a ground floor lobby.

Below the locally-owned LGBTQIA+ Community Center floor are several floors of LGBTQIA+ friendly affordable housing or senior housing.

Each building is grounded with a vibrant street level of shops and restaurants to engage the surrounding neighborhood.

Qutopia Centers are designed for maximum community engagement.
